Business Development & Project Manager
After my master in aerospace engineering, I have joined the product development department of the largest aerospace manufacturer in Austria. With main responsibilities in production support, manufacturing defect analysis (MRB) and customer liaison (Boeing Australia), I successfully developed teams, lead projects and optimized existing processes. During this period I have also completed my MBA in process and project management.
Starting 2011, I have successfully enlarged my competences by leading a large and complex project for Airbus A350 (+20 Mi USD) and in 2012, with the launch of two additional redesign development projects, my program has tripled in size. With main responsibilities in leadership, seven engineering offices displaced among three countries (Austria, Slovakia, England with a total of +125 headcount), quality management (requirements compliance) and customer liaison (Airbus UK), I have successfully introduced best practices and methods contributing to a significant control and reduction of the development costs and time meeting the business case. During this period I have also completed my post-graduation in Oxford University in strategy and finance and negotiation.
Since then, I have proceed my professional life in consultancy for operational excellence with global manufacturing leaders (France, Germany, Spain, Austria).in different production areas
Today, after almost 12 years of professional and academic successes, in complex product development, program management and operational excellence, I continue highly motivated to further apply my demonstrated skills in new challenges and opportunities.
